As we need to adjust our stadium concept after new regulations introduced a maximum attendance of 3000, numerous changes have been required. All season-ticket costs are to be refunded. Everyone who has a season ticket is, however, allowed to take part in a draw for 3000 tickets before each home match. Only season-ticket holders have the right to take part.

Questions and answers on coming to the stadium
You can register for the draw on the following link. For the home match against SCR Altach, you must register by Wednesday 16 September at 13:00 CET. All winners will be notified by us by email by Thursday 17 September at the latest. The winners of the draw have a chance to buy tickets by Friday 18 September at 12:00 CET in the Online Ticket Shop. Any tickets that remain unsold at that time will go back on sale to season-ticket holders who did not win in the draw. PLEASE NOTE! To take part in the draw, you must be registered in the Online Ticket Shop.
No. Season ticket holders can only take part in the draw once per home match, no matter how many season tickets they have.
If you have transferred money for a 20/21 season ticket, you can get your money back with a refund form.
No. You will not be debited. The sum you paid for the last five home matches of the 19/20 season will be automatically credited back to you in the coming weeks.
Customers who pay via SEPA direct debit will have the fee deposited back automatically in the account provided to us, provided that a credit has not been requested via the online form.
No. Your season-ticket seat will remain reserved. Should regulations change to allow your seat to be used, you will be informed about the way ahead.
Yes, your season ticket is valid for Liefering home matches. You will receive a ticket with an allocated seat from the ticket point upon showing your season ticket and providing your name and telephone number. The ticket point in Grödig is open 1 ½ hours before kick-off.
Due to the current health situation, the Austrian Football Bundesliga has decided not to admit any away fans into stadiums until 31 December 2020 at the earliest
Yes, the kiosks will be open. To ensure faster service at the kiosks, however, a limited range of goods will be offered. The consumption of food and drinks is only permitted on seats. Lingering around the concourse must be avoided as far as possible. We would like to draw your attention again to the fact that there is only the option of cashless payment
As soon as the stadium area is entered, including the outdoor areas, mask wearing is mandatory (this rule applies from the age of six). Masks may only be removed when you are at your seat.
Yes, your match ticket is still valid as a travel ticket on Salzburg transport services from six hours before kick-off to the final service (bus and train). We are not offering a shuttle service, however.
