Elite European football is back at the Red Bull Arena. On Thursday 16 February we are to host AS Roma in the play-off for the UEFA Europa League knockout stage, with kick-off at 18:45.

We have compiled all the key info on visiting the stadium here. Please note that there is a change to the shuttle service as the P&R car park at the Messezentrum is not currently available, unfortunately.

The match at the Red Bull Arena is a sell out!
With our ticket resale scheme you can still buy and sell tickets easily and legally at our online Ticket Shop. All the information on the official ticket exchange can be found here:

On match day, the Ticket Info Point West is open for you from 15:45 CET and the Main East Ticket Point from 14:45. Our Ticketing & Service Center is also open from 10:00 to 15:00 as well as for an hour after the game.

Travel

The stadium car park is opening at 07:00 for all home fans. It is expected to fill up soon on matchday.
From 15:45 CET there is our there is also a free shuttle service from the Designer Outlet Center as well as from Hanuschplatz in the city centre.
Please note: There will NOT be a shuttle service from the Messezentrum car park this time.
We recommend travelling with public transport due to the traffic!
With your match ticket, you can travel for free on local public transport from six hours before kick-off until the last service of the day. That applies to all Salzburger Verkehrsverbund bus and train lines (in the federal state of Salzburg including the 260 corridor line as well as the entire Salzburg local train network to Ostermiething station) as well as the S-Bahn line to Freilassing train station.
Match tickets are also valid in the same time period on the 150 line from Salzburg to Bad Ischl, the 140 line from Salzburg to Mondsee, the 156 line from St. Gilgen to Mondsee and the Straßwalchen line to Friedburg.

Around the stadium

The West fan park is open again from 15:45 on match day with side programme. One of our players currently out of action will be at the Fanpark to sign autographs.
To match the opponents, there will be three foodtrucks from 15:45 CET on the west side of the Red Bull Arena with a variety of Italian specialities. These are open for you after the match too!
Our Bull Shop at the East Side of the Red Bull Arena is open from 10:00 until an hour after the final whistle. You can therefore buy our brand new special red kit with silver livery, for instance.
The stadium opens two hours before kick-off.

Kiosks at the stadium

Kiosks are fully open on match day.
Please note that payment can only be made cashlessly at the Red Bull Arena's kiosks! All the usual credit and debit cards can be used. All the information on Cashless Payment can be found HERE.
There is a €2 deposit on cups, and the cups can be donated at the exits to benefit the Wings for Life foundation.

As a family-friendly sports ground with a significant children's and youngsters' area, smoking is absolutely forbidden at the Red Bull Arena. The only exceptions are the designated smoker zones around the stadium exterior.
There are currently no Covid-19 regulations in place in Austria. A face mask or proof of vaccination/recovery status is not required.
