Contract extended with Adam Daghim

Top Danish talent signs deal to 2028

We are extending the contract with Adam Daghim ahead of time, with the 18-year-old signing a new contract until 30 June 2028 with our Red Bulls.

The Danish U19 international moved last summer from Aarhus in his homeland to Salzburg and gained an impressive scoring record in the autumn. Daghim scored four goals in nine matches for our co-operation club FC Liefering and had three assists. He has also scored four times in six appearances for our Young Bulls in the UEFA Youth League this season, with two assists.

Adam has settled in really well both on the pitch and as a person in the short time he has been with us. You can see that from his performances in the UEFA Youth League and FC Liefering. We have taken him to the FC Red Bull Salzburg training camp so he can get used to a higher tempo and more physical play. The plan is that he spends the rest of the winter preparation period with us. We'll see when he is ready to take the next step. We expect a lot from him, which is why we have extended his contract so far ahead of time.

This new contract means a lot to me. It's a bit of a dream come true for a club like FC Red Bull Salzburg to believe in you. It feels incredible.
