20-year-old midfielder to spend season at St. Gallen
Majeed Ashimeru, who last season impressed with strong performances at Austria Lustenau in the Sky Go Ersten Liga and with RZ Pellets WAC in the Tipico Bundesliga, has gone on loan to Switzerland to spend the year with fifth-placed FC St. Gallen.
The 20-year-old Ghanaian, whose contract with FC Red Bull Salzburg runs until summer 2021, has signed a season-long loan contract and is set to take another important step in his development at St. Gallen.
