Fernando's spectacular debut goal on the first match day of the season against Austria Vienna was the kind of stunner you just do not see every week, with the backflip celebration being the cherry on top:
We still cannot get enough of watching our winner in the pre-season friendly against Liverpool! It was just perfect combination play between Noah Okafor and Benjamin Sesko:
Dijon Kameri made his big breakthrough in August, even winning the honour of Player of the Month. Along with his debut goal in the Austrian Bundesliga, he delivered this work of art:
On the subject of debut goals - Youba Diarra marked a wonderful debut with his first Bundesliga goal, which could not have been any more stunning:
Close to 30,000 fans witnessed this dream strike from Noah Okafor. In our first appearance in the UEFA Champions League, the Swiss whizz hit two nutmegs to put us in the lead against AC Milan:
Along with his wonderful strike, this turn that left the Liverpool defence dizzy was another Benji Sesko masterstroke:
This move in the final seconds of the recent Austrian Klassiker against Rapid Vienna almost made for an incredible winner! Strahinja Pavlovic slid in to win the ball and crossed in for Sesko to head, but we didn't manage to clinch it:
The big friendly against Liverpool was also the Nico Mantl show. Our deputy keeper made a great name for himself with a wonderful sequence of saves:
