Cercle Brugge have triggered the purchase option agreed in the loan of Lawrence Agyekum to sign the 21-year-old from Ghana for the 2025/26 season.

Agyekum came from his homeland to Salzburg in the summer of 2022 and made four appearances for our Red Bulls, and played 49 matches as a co-operation player for FC Liefering (3 goals and 4 assists) along with another four clashes for our Youth League team (with two assists). As a loan player at Belgian first-division side Cercle Brugge, whom he will join in the summer, he has made 44 appearances (with two goals and two assists).
