Nico Mantl is moving to the Danish Superligaen and has signed a loan contract with top-flight side Viborg FF until the summer.
The 23-year-old German joined Salzburg from Unterhaching in January 2021, and has made 11 appearances for us. Nico Mantl spent the 2022/23 season on loan in Denmark too at Aalborg BK.
Sporting director Bernhard Seonbuchner says:
Nico has already been in Denmark, gained good experiences there and made regular appearances. We hope that he can do that again in order to help his development.
