Oscar Gloukh has joined us from Maccabi Tel Aviv, signing a contract until 30 June 2027.
The attacking midfielder is regarded as a huge talent in his native Israel - for whom he has already made two international appearances (with one goal) - and beyond. In the current season in the Israeli top flight, he had 14 goal involvements in 23 appearances (six goals and eight assists). As the season resumed in Israel in December, Gloukh is fully fit and ready for action. He will wear the number 37 in Salzburg.

We are pleased that Oscar decided to join us, despite receiving a lot of high-level offers, and that he wants to take the next steps of his career in Salzburg. He is a really good footballer, who takes a lot of responsibility on the pitch despite his young age. He is coming to a completely new environment at the age of 18. We have spoken a lot with him about our way of playing football, and Oscar will take the time he needs in the coming months to get used to his new surroundings and football at FC Red Bull Salzburg.
I have played for Maccabi Tel Aviv for my whole life so far, and I am very pleased, of course, to play somewhere else for the first time. I spoke to Munas Dabbur ahead of the move and heard a lot of good things about FC Red Bull Salzburg. I am looking forward to getting to know my new team, and I can hardly wait to train with my team-mates for the first time.
