After seven years in Salzburg, Samson Baidoo is moving to France, where he has signed a contract with RC Lens, who finished eighth in the top flight last season.

The 21-year-old Austrian international, who has made one appearance for the full national side, came as a 14-year-old at the start of 2018 to Salzburg. After playing for the Red Bull Football Academy (including an U18 title win), co-operation club FC Liefering and our UEFA Youth League team, the central defender appeared for our Red Bulls.

Samson Baidoo has one ADMIRAL Bundesliga league title and a total of 71 appearances in the Austrian Bundesliga, the ÖFB Cup, UEFA Champions League and FIFA Club World Cup to his name.
