Soumaila Diabate and Jonas Krumrey are back at our club after successful loans at FC Blau-Weiß Linz and Lyngby to boost our squad. They will therefore travel to the Club World Cup in the USA at the end of the week.

20-year-old defensive midfielder Diabate went last summer on loan to the surprise package in Linz and soon become a key player there. He missed just a single game, but otherwise always started and impressed with consistently good performances.

Soumaila used the loan to totally play his way into the limelight, and he has absolutely deserved this chance with us. The feedback from Blau-Weiß Linz was extremely positive both for him as a footballer and person. He brings all the attributes we want to see in our team - hunger, determination and great ambition. We are really pleased to have him back in our squad and that he can show what he can do for us

Jonas Krumrey did not have the same fortune on his loan in Denmark, with injuries restricting him to four appearances. He is fit again though and completes our goalkeeping contingent for the FIFA Club World Cup.

Doumaila Diabate will wear the number 5 in future, with Jonas Krumrey taking the number 41 again.
